What’s the sitch with All Natural?
Aunt Dottie’s products use only all natural ingredients. No preservatives, additives, gums, or any of the other yucky stuff! All our products are Gluten-Free.

What products can I buy online?

Who is Aunt Dottie?
Aunt Dottie is our founder’s mom! She’s the OG recipe master!

Where are you located?
Aunt Dottie’s HQ is in Bluffton, SC. We also have a satellite office in Atlanta, GA.

What is Greenjoy?
Greenjoy is a mixture of all the ingredients from a fresh salad – greens, veggies, nuts, seeds and fruits that are condensed into a delicious dehydrated bar.

How many flavors are there?
Three! Beets & Greens, Cacao & Greens, and Pomegranate & Greens.

What’s so great about Greenjoy?
Life is on-the-go. It’s hard to eat the necessary servings of veggies every day. Greenjoy makes it easy to get nearly two servings of leafy green veggies on a busy day. It’s so delicious though, you might just end up snacking on Greenjoy instead of cooking!

When should I eat Greenjoy?
Greenjoy can be eaten anywhere and at any time of the day. Throw it in a lunch box, gym bag, briefcase, or even keep a few in your car! Greenjoy, is the sensible snack that you don’t need to feel guilty about eating.

When do I eat Toppers?
All day, every day! Just kidding, everything in moderation, BUT we love adding Toppers to oatmeal, yoghurt, ice cream, salads, they’re great dessert garnishes, and perfect for a mid-morning or mid-day snack!

Algae Oil! All our new dressings have an Algae oil base. What’s so great about this magical oil? Well…

Algae oil is high in monounstaurated fats & fatty acids (93%), essential fatty acids that help maintain heart health
Extremely low in saturated fat (4%)
Zero trans fat per serving

It also has a lower carbon footprint than nearly all other major commercial plant-based food oils

Turmeric Maple Dressing

Turmeric has been used in Asia for thousands of years and is a major part of Siddha medicine. It was first used as a dye, and then later for its medicinal properties.

Pumpkin Seed Dressing

Magnesium

Pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium. Magnesium helps to regulate blood pressure and helps to prevent sudden cardiac arrest, heart attack, and stroke.

An estimated 80 percent of Americans are deficient in this important mineral.

Zinc for Immune Support

Pumpkin seeds are a rich source of zinc. Zinc is important for immunity, cell growth and division, sleep, mood, your senses of taste and smell, eye and skin health, insulin regulation, and male sexual function ;).

Many people are deficient in zinc. This deficiency is associated with increased cases of colds and flu, chronic fatigue, depression, acne, low birth weight babies, learning problems and poor school performance in children.

Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
